The Account Strategy and Planning team is responsible for supporting Payer/PBM and Channel (Wholesaler/Distribution, GPO, Institutional, and Specialty Pharmacy) customers and account managers with executing relevant Market Access and Contracting Strategies and developing the business case to support the contracting approach at each customer. (Role may be similar to Pricing or Deal Analytics roles in other organizations.)
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Compliance lead for Market Access and Patient Services (MAPS) organization, ensuring compliance to Pricing procedures and Pricing Committee guidelines, including documentation of relevant approvals and reviews * Responsible for developing and maintaining all Working Practice Documents, ensuring consistency across MAPS and Pricing, validation with contracting and rebates for all contracting loads and rebates set-up, primary point of contact for any and all audit requirements * Develop Business Cases for RFPs across all key stakeholders mentioned above * Collaborate with Marketing, Access Strategy, Sales, Account Management, Insights & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, GP, Finance to develop compliant programs and assess business impact * Close collaboration with Account Strategy team to understand and work flexibly across all ac-counts and all therapeutic areas/products * Responsible for ensuring accuracy of Managed Care Accruals contribution to GTN via collaboration with I&A Access & Forecasting, MAPS counterparts, and Brand teams * SCOUT Subject Matter Expert (SME) and monitoring of key business documents
